At Expert Online Tools, we offer two convenient ways to receive your order. You can have your purchase delivered directly to your address or choose to collect it from our store.

1. Door-to-Door Delivery

Our standard courier service provides free delivery on eligible orders throughout the UK.

Service: Door-to-door courier

Couriers used: Royal Mail, DPD and DHL

We select the most appropriate courier based on the size, weight and type of products included in your order.

Orders are generally delivered within 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by courier operations, exceptionally busy periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

No additional delivery fee will be charged for eligible orders.

2. Click & Collect

If you would rather collect your purchase yourself, our Click & Collect service is also free.

Once your order has been placed, we will prepare it for collection within 1 working day. You will then receive confirmation by email or telephone when your order is ready.

Please do not travel to the store until you have received our collection confirmation.
